My own path to yoga is similar to many others – sedentary lifestyle, neglected sports injuries at a younger age, etc. In short, the aches and pains of the modern lifestyle.

Searches in the field of health sports unfortunately did not give the desired results, sometimes my health and well-being got even worse during some exercises, and I was forced to stop one or another activity because of this. That is, until I found yoga and fell in love with it from the very first workout.

Sanna is the irrepressible and driving force behind Samutiga yoga training and has over 15 years of yoga experience in both Estonia and Kazakhstan. She started in 2008 and has been teaching yoga since 2013.

Sanna considers an individual approach to her yoga important, according to the needs, abilities and, why not, the wishes of each practitioner. After all, regular exercises bring health and well-being.
